Our intelligent matching algorithm considers skills, career aspirations, personality traits, and organizational priorities (like diversity and leadership pipelines) to ensure high-quality matches that make mentoring effective from day one. If a mentee prefers, they can select their mentor too on the basis of their preferences.
On the other hand, if the organization prefers to pre-match mentors and mentees, they can do that as well. The Explore Mentors option can be disabled, and the matching algorithm can be used to assign pairs. Once matched, participants will see their assigned mentor or mentee under the designated tab.
