With Mentorgain, every new connection starts a guided journey between a mentor and a mentee. The mentee sets clear goals for that journey, while the mentor supports them through ongoing sessions until those goals are achieved. Along the way, mentors can assign and track tasks to ensure accountability and progress. Once the goals are met, the mentor can mark the journey complete. And when new goals arise, mentees can easily reconnect with their mentor to begin a fresh journey.


A newly promoted team lead sets a journey goal to “strengthen people management skills.” Over the next 3 months, their mentor guides them through regular sessions, assigns tasks such as conducting feedback conversations and shadowing senior leaders, and tracks progress along the way. Once the mentee gains confidence and meets the goal, the journey is closed.
