Does Mentorgain support structured mentoring journeys?

Yes. Mentorgain includes customizable mentoring journeys with session guides, tasks, prompts, surveys, reminders, and checkpoints to ensure every mentoring relationship stays on track.

Is Mentorgain easy to use for new employees or non-technical users?

Yes. Mentorgain is designed to be intuitive and simple. Most users get comfortable within minutes, and we support them with onboarding emails, tooltips, that guide them through each step.

Is Mentorgain compliant with GDPR/SOC2?

Mentorgain is GDPR-aware and SOC2-ready. We follow best practices for data protection, encryption, and access control, and are moving toward full certification.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?

Yes, special pricing is available for academia, nonprofits, and social-impact programs.

How does the matching algorithm work?

Mentorgain’s matching engine considers skills, interests, experience, goals, department, and preferences to recommend the most relevant mentor-mentee pairings. Mentees can also choose mentors manually if you allow that option. Alternately, program coordinators can assign mentors to mentees too.

Is there a contract lock-in?

We typically follow annual subscriptions. Multi-year or enterprise agreements can be arranged based on your needs.

Do mentors need training to use the platform?

Not necessarily- Mentorgain provides in-platform guidance and session resources. However, we can also conduct mentor training workshops for organizations that prefer a structured rollout.

Can mentors and mentees set goals?

Absolutely. Mentorgain offers SMART goal templates, progress tracking, task assignments, and automated reminders. Admins can monitor goal completion and development progress across the organization.

How long does implementation take?

Most organizations go live within 1–2 weeks, depending on the level of customization and number of users.

Do you offer onboarding support?

Yes. Our team helps with admin setup, customizing parameters, and supporting your initial rollout. Additional training sessions can be arranged as needed.

Will AI replace human mentors?

No. AI enhances the experience by providing nudges, insights, and suggestions, but human mentorship remains at the core. Organizations can choose fully human, hybrid, or AI-supported models.

Can Mentorgain help us design our mentoring program?

Yes. We assist with program structure, matching rules, communication templates, session guides, and metrics to ensure a successful rollout.

How do we measure the success of our mentoring program?

You can track participation, session completion, feedback scores, goal progress, engagement levels, mentor effectiveness, and overall program impact through built-in dashboards and reports.
